Xerox positioned as a leader in the 2016 IDC WW MarketScape for Document Workflow Services.

Xerox is proud to be positioned as a leader in the IDC WW Document Workflow Services Vendor Assessment. The report cites Xerox as the only printing equipment manufacturer that has a dedicated organization supporting document workflow services.

Highlights from the report include references to Xerox’s strengths, such as:

  • “Xerox has a well-developed document workflow strategy and road map including partnership and M&A plans to address solution gaps and drive continued expansion. Its strategy also includes geographic growth, ongoing development of its professional services organization, and further development of its indirect channel.”

IDC MarketScape vendor analysis model is designed to provide an overview of the competitive fitness of ICT suppliers in a given market. The research methodology utilizes a rigorous scoring methodology based on both qualitative and quantitative criteria that results in a single graphical illustration of each vendor’s position within a given market. The Capabilities score measures vendor product, go-to-market and business execution in the short term. The Strategy score measures alignment of vendor strategies with customer requirements in a 3-5-year timeframe.
